Overview

Task27 provides access to a subscription-based software platform delivered digitally. Due to the nature of digital services and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final.

By purchasing a subscription to Task27, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

No Refunds

Task27 does not offer refunds, returns, or credits for:

  • Subscription fees

  • Partial billing periods

  • Unused time or features

  • Downgrades or plan changes

  • Accidental purchases

Once a subscription is activated, access to the platform is granted immediately and cannot be revoked in exchange for a refund.

Subscription Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Review plan details before purchasing

  • Ensure the selected plan meets their needs

  • Cancel subscriptions before renewal if continued access is not desired

Failure to cancel a subscription prior to renewal does not entitle the user to a refund.

Service Availability

Temporary service interruptions, maintenance, or feature updates do not constitute grounds for refunds. Task27 makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Account Termination

If an account is terminated for violation of Task27’s Terms of Service, no refunds or credits will be issued.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases of duplicate charges or billing errors caused by Task27, we will correct the error or issue a refund at our sole discretion.

Legal Compliance

This Refund Policy complies with applicable U.S. consumer protection laws governing digital services. By completing a purchase, you expressly waive any rights to refunds where permitted by law.
